Backing up your blog

Got stuck in Denver so had a little extra time.  Have been wondering about how to back up my blog.  Found this post and it was very helpful...does NOT back up images, but at least saves your text entries.  If anyone out there in blog land knows of other/better ways, let me know!

Here is one more option I found that DOES back-up images by creating a "mirror" image of your site on your hard drive...
